FabFilter Mastering Preset Works with any DAW Using Waves StudioRack!
I crafted these presets using the Free Waves StudioRack for two reasons. First, it enables me to customize all the micro-settings precisely how I’d apply them during the mastering process. Simply tweak the relevant knob and give it a listen to gauge whether it enhances the sound or not—it’s that straightforward. Secondly, this setup ensures compatibility across various DAWs, giving you the flexibility to work seamlessly regardless of your preferred digital audio workstation

The starter preset might be all you need. but I’ve included 10 other settings with slight twists that might work better depending on the song you are mastering. Go ahead and try them all to see which one you like best.

To ensure the preset functions properly, monitor the VU meter and ensure it remains below +1. This ensures the limiters operate effectively. If your song’s volume is either too high or too low, adjust the input knob accordingly.
