Stereo Mastering
Stereo audio mastering is the final stage of the song recording process. It is time to achieve commercial loudness and add any final touches of brightness, warmth, or bass to the song. Mastering is the icing on the cake.
Stem Mastering
Stem Mastering allows us to do a Stereo Master but with more detail. When choosing a stems master, you send 4-5 tracks of your mix, usually Drums, Bass, Music, and vocals. We then can process a standard Stereo master with the ability to make the drums hit a bit harder or make the vocal just a bit louder. It’s a great option if you aren’t 100% happy with your mix.
Apple Digital Masters
Apple Digital Masters aim’s to ensure the highest quality for music released on Apple Music. We are an Apple Certified Mastering Studio, so you can be sure you’re masters will be delivered for the best quality on Apple Music.
Vinyl Mastering
When releasing songs on Vinyl, a few alterations may need to be made to get the best pressing you can. Matty has mastered hundreds of songs for vinyl release, so you can be sure you will get the best sound.
I’m Portuguese so my album was composed and written in Portuguese. I was expecting some issues regarding that but Matty dealt with it like if he was working with English written material. Amazing sound! The orchestration was complex but I can hear every single detail on each song. Amazing mixing, better mastering! And Matty is a fantastic guy with a lot of patience to endure all my requests!!! I can’t recommend enough!!!
How it Works
Pick Package
The first step is to pick if you want to do a stereo master or a stem master. Next, you pick any extras you might need and make the purchase. Once you make a purchase, you will be directed to an upload page.
Upload Files
I ask that you send the files at the same bit depth and sample rate that the song was mixed at. Also, if you had a limiter on your mix, please send me a version with the limiter and one without it. If you can send a picture of the limiter you used that would be fantastic!
Get Your Master
You will typically receive your master’s within 2-3 business days. Once you listen, you can let us know if you need any adjustments. All masters come with 3 revisions, but 95% usually only need one at the most.
