1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Mix and Master My Song (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://mixandmastermysong.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services and Products

Mix and Master My Song provides:

  • Online mixing and mastering services
  • Digital products including presets, templates, and downloadable files
  • Educational content and courses

All services and products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
  • Full payment is required before any service begins or digital product is delivered.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Digital Products (Presets, Downloads, Courses)

Due to the digital nature of these products:

  • All digital product sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges are offered once the product has been delivered or accessed.
  • You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or commercial music use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any digital product.

5. Mixing & Mastering Services

When purchasing a mixing or mastering service, you agree to the following:

  • Services are performed based on the files and information you provide.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and revision requests.
  • Revisions are intended for reasonable mix or mastering adjustments and do not include full re-mixes or new arrangements.
  • Submitting new recordings, new arrangements, or major changes after work has begun may require an additional fee.

6. Revisions

  • Revisions apply only to the originally submitted session or audio files.
  • Additional fees may apply if:
    • New audio files are submitted after work has begun
    • The project scope changes significantly
    • Excessive revision requests fall outside the original agreement

7. File Delivery and Storage

  • Final files are delivered digitally.
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.
  • We are not responsible for files once delivery has been completed and confirmed.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original music and recordings.
  • Upon full payment, you are granted full rights to use the final delivered mixes or masters.
  • We reserve the right to use short excerpts of completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Refunds

  • Digital products are non-refundable.
  • Service refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
  • Any refund decisions are made at our discretion and based on work completed.

10. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
  • Fraud prevention tools are actively used to protect against misuse.
  • By purchasing, you agree to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

12. Disclaimer

All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific artistic, technical, or commercial outcomes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
