Upload Your Song
Hi!
Thank you for trusting me with your music! I look forward to working with you.
Below you will find a link to upload your files. You will also receive an email with these same instructions.
When you upload please make sure to include a mp3 or wav of the rough mix you have been listening to if you have one. This can be very helpful for me to understand the direction you’re going in and to make sure all the music was transferred over to me correctly.
If your song is in Studio One, Pro Tools, or Logic, you can simply send the full session. Before doing so, please convert any MIDI or virtual instrument tracks to audio, but you can leave all other plugins on. If you’re using a different DAW, export all of your tracks exactly as they are in your current rough mix—unless you’d prefer I start completely fresh. If your vocals have effects like reverb, delay, EQ, etc., please also include a second set of vocals with all effects removed. Place the dry vocals in a separate folder so I know which files are which. For the dry exports, if you already have vocal tuning on that you’re happy with, feel free to leave the tuning on.
When exporting files please export at the same bit depth and sample rate as the session.
Lastly, make sure to zip your folder before uploading. This will make the upload process faster. If you’re not sure how to zip a folder you can watch this video for mac instructions and this video for windows instructions. After your file is zipped please rename it with your name.
