Common questions
Before you send anything.
How long does it take?
Three to five business days for a mix and master. Revisions come back in 24 to 48 hours. There is a 48-hour rush option at checkout if a release date will not move.
Does the code expire?
No. Grab it now and use it whenever the song is actually ready. That is the whole point of sending it to your inbox.
What do I send you?
Stems or a DAW session. For mastering only, a stereo WAV or AIFF at the session’s own bit depth and sample rate, peaks around -3 to -6 dBFS. Bus glue compression is fine and can stay. If you had a limiter on the master bus, send one version with it and one without, plus a screenshot of the settings.
Who actually mixes it?
Me. Every song, start to finish, in my studio in Los Angeles. It never goes to an assistant or a junior engineer. That is why I cap how many I take at once.
What if it still is not right?
Then we keep going. That is what unlimited means. Tell me in plain English, “vocal up, less reverb” is enough, and I will move it.
